A097462 3.0 meter (118-inch) sheet width gas-fired Lanbein Engelbracht Compac air flotation dryer suitable for drying coated paper or coated board. Overall dimensions 3.05 meters (120 inches) long x 3.426 meters (135 inches) wide. Effective length of dryer 2.8 meters (110.2 inches). Includes 13 air flotation nozzles 3.14 meters (123.6 inches) long x 213 mm (8.4 inches wide). Insulation is 120 mm (4.7 inches) thick. Total weight 5,000 kg (11,000 pounds). Specific evaporation rate 37 kg/m2/hr. Operating temperature 250°C. Total heat requirement for continuous operation at designed temperature - 384 kW. Total heat requirement for fuel system supply - 550 kW. Includes 16,600 m3/hr. recirculation air fan with 18.5 kW motor; 6,000 m3/hr. exhaust air fan with 5.5 kW motor; 1,550 m3/hr. cooling air fan with 1.5 kW motor. H093650 Used Thermo Electron thru dryer.  30' to 40" deckle width.  Natural gas.  400 deg. F maximum temperature.  200 to 660 FPM speed range.  Has (12) 2' dia. teflon covered textile type dryer cans.  18" W x 20" L x 23" H.  2.0 MM BTU's /hr.
H092946 Used Air-Tec six zone oven with a belt width of 54" chain center.  Single pass.  Heated by natural gas.  Electrics are 3 phase, 60 cycle, 440 volt.  Dryer is 150' long (conveyor length is 160').  Maximum temperature is 600 deg. A097500 Used 60" diameter x 180-1/4" face Valley Iron Works dryer cans. ASME code stamped for 125 psi. Babbit bearings.
A097572 Used Beloit Yankee dryer, 18' diameter x 204" face The dryer has surface rust but no major pitting. It was built in 1975 by Newport News Shipbuilding for Beloit, and has a non-ribbed internal shell surface. It is an ASME code vessel rated for 120 PSIG @ 400 Deg. F. Original shell thickness was 2.625". It has been ground several times. It is now about 2.125" - 2.375" shell thickness range. It was designed for operation at 3,000 FPM.
