6450 mm Trim Paper Machine with 2 Deinking Lines

Used 6.45 meter (254”) paper machine, new in 1998, with deinking lines capable of 170,000 TPY on 40 – 120 gsm. Ran LWC 54 – 85 gsm with a production of 506 TPD with the highest being 785 TPD. The design speed is 800 – 1500 MPM. The machine includes: Beloit headbox; fourdrinier bottom former; high capacity Belbond top former; presses; pick up roll; 31 pre dryer section; metering size press; airturn and air dryer hood; 7 post dryers; soft nip calender; reel; QCS and DCS; and 2 winders. Additionally, there are two deinking lines.

Used Honeywell Kr85 Scanner equipment.Approx 50" side to side traverse. Frame 8 feet. Includes the PC, MSS equipment. 2007 upgraded Honeywell software. Maintaines well and serviced by Honeywell.

Used Bruderhaus-Voith 3.3 meter (130”) trim paper machine and line previously producing 170 TPD of one side coated fine paper, poster paper, label paper, carbonless and coated technical papers 60-170 GSM at 600 MPM. System includes stock prep, broke system and approach flow. Machine includes Voith hydraulic headbox; stainless steel cantilevered fourdrinier; 3 press sections; total of 37 dryers; several QCS systems; Beloit Billblade coater and kitchen; soft calender; Pope reel; and reel spool stand. A098352 GYPSUM AND CORE BOARD MILL, 45,000 TPY

Paper mill previously produced 45,000 MTPY of gypsum board and core board, 120 – 450 gsm. Machine trims 2850 mm (112”) at the reel. Plant in operation until March 2011. A098251 - Used Ghezzi & Annoni Turret Rewinder

Used Ghezzi & Annoni turret rewinder 1600mm (63") wide 500mm (20") Max. rewind with auto core loading and dual shuttle type driven unwinds with sound enclosures. 3" ID rewind core machine with many setups (Approx. 15 sizes) including spacers, core boxes and unloading equipment. This is a duplex turret rewind slitter with auto cut and transfer on the rewind. Upgraded drives to Eurotherm 590 DC with digital link about 10 years ago. Also includes trim winders.

135" (3420 mm) Off Machine Coater – C2S or 2 x C1S with In-Line Soft Nip Calender

This 135-inch (3420 mm) Off Machine Coater has capability to apply either one coater to each side of the sheet or double coat one side with a decurler. It has produced coated two-side wood paper, C1S label paper (single and double coated) and wall paper. It was originally built by KMW and started up in 1974. A major rebuild was done in 1994 by Black Clawson and Kusters to include a 3-roll Matte-on-Line soft nip calender and up-to-date drives and control systems.
