135" (3420 mm) Off Machine Coater – C2S or 2 x C1S with In-Line Soft Nip Calender

This 135-inch (3420 mm) Off Machine Coater has capability to apply either one coater to each side of the sheet or double coat one side with a decurler. It has produced coated two-side wood paper, C1S label paper (single and double coated) and wall paper. It was originally built by KMW and started up in 1974. A major rebuild was done in 1994 by Black Clawson and Kusters to include a 3-roll Matte-on-Line soft nip calender and up-to-date drives and control systems.

120,000 TPY Pulp Mill Liquidation!

VIPAP VIDEM KRSKO's sulphite pulp mill in Slovenia is operating until the 4^th quarter of 2006. Mill includes oxygen delignification, four-stage bleaching, drying and bailing. The mill produces softwood or hardwood pulp. Bleaching and drying capacity is up to 100,000 tpy. 20,000 tpy is produced by the second washing line of unbleached pulp.

A097935 Sunds 20" Refiner (ROP 20)

Used Sunds model ROP 20 Defibrator, s/n 3528, (previously used for product emulsification) with 500 mm discs. Motor is rated 100-200 kW at 900-1800 RPM, available axial force is 6 tons. Not included are a feed pump or screw feeder. Described as good condition.

85” ECH Will Folio Sheeter Line

Used ECH Will 85” model FFS 216 Folio Sheeter system, new 1985 with many upgrades. Sheeter design speed 1312 FPM (400 mpm); normal operating speed 1148 FPM (350 mpm); maximum working width 85” (2160 mm); cutoff length range is 15.75 – 50” (400 – 1270 mm); maximum knife loading is 600 gsm; high speed reject gate; remote operated decurling system; new automatic slitter section and new direct drive. Previously used on offset grades 50 – 75 lb/3300 sf. Maximum roll size is 60” nominal diameter. 5 shaftless backstands. Also included are dust blower and trim blower; a pair of Schneider skid stackers and a Pemco 141R case packer and a Columbia palletizer and air compressor.

5182 mm 4 roll/2 roll NIPCO Calender Rebuilt

Used and reconditioned Nipco 5182 mm (204") trim four roll/two roll calender, 5740 mm face, 5600 mm bearing centers, 550 meters/minute design speed and 396 mpm operating speed. Line force range for 4 roll is 116 N/mm (max) and for 2 roll 80 N/mm (max) and 20 N/mm (minimum). Includes doctors, doctor controls, mount hope roll, air system, water heating and cooling system, hydraulic system, controls and documentation. Photos and full specs available upon request.

Almost new, 48” Egan Turret Unwind for rolls up to 48 inches wide and up to 50-inch diameter. Designed for speeds up to 2500 fpm with auto-splice. Suitable for use in paper converting or printing plants. Control panel includes solids state controls for all functions with Nematron video display operator interface. Includes an Egan splicer unit with dancer roll. Roll face width of splicer dancer roll unit is 54 inches. Designed for speeds up to 2500 fpm, with regenerative braking and speed match through use of a belt type accelerator. Dancer roll tension control unit is air-cylinder-cushioned. Eurotherm drives.
