A097774	Used 1.02 meter (40") IMS RCXJ Slitter, new in 1989. Maximum web unwind is 1800 mm (71") and rewind is 1200 mm (47"). Minimum input web is 400 mm (15.75"). Maximum input web weight is 2000 kg. Core diameter is 67-142 mm and maximum cutting speed is 600 meters per minute. Max output sebs are 6 with a maximum width of 322 mm and a minumum width of 147.5 mm. Slitter has automatic web guide system, automatic length measure system. The hydraulic system had a total overhaule in 1998. New software in 1995. Now dismantled and reported very nice. Photos avialable.

A097333	Used 40" Goebel Rapid D Model RD 1000 single shaft center rewind slitter rewinder. Attached unwind stand. Manual skew adjustment. Manual edge guide provision. One unwind shaft, 2" solid steel shaft, one 3" steel, leaf type air, rewind shaft. The unwind is equipped also with a band style brake which is controlled with a dancer roll that is preset with an adjustable weight system which provides tension to the dancer roll. During operation, the actuation of the dancer roll applies a torque ratio to the brake shoe. Automatic operation of the brake system. Mechanical speed is 200 to 2,000 FPM. 15 HP, 220/440 volt, 60 cycle, 3 phase, Adjust-O-Speed motor (missing controller) The machine is equipped with a standard Goebel shear cut slitting section with a steady rest feature. There are 10 female and 10 male slitting knives available. There is a foot pedal control for raising the rewind shaft. The maximum roll width is 40". The maximum unwind diameter is also 40" and the maximum rewind diameter is approximately 31.25". The minimum slit width on this model slitter is .375". The machine includes a bowed roll. This is a heavy duty all purpose machine with center driven rewind shaft, designed for converting rolls of paper, foil laminations, cloth, plastic, films of uniform thickness, aluminum foils, paperboard, pressure sensitives, tissue, toweling, non-wovens, and coated papers. The shear cut slitting mechanism located at eye level offers the operator an unobscured view of slitting operation. During the slitting operation, the web wraps by approx. 150 degrees the bottom cutting shaft. A hand wheel with brake locking and pedal release controls raising and lowering of variable spring loading arrangements, one compensates for the kind of material to be processed by adjusting the pressure of the rewound roll against the fixed rider roll, the other spring loading arrangement counter balances the weight of the rewinding mechanism and the rewinding shaft. Perfect vertical travel of the rewound roll is assured by guide channels machined into the side frames. Machine has control tension, pre-set dancer roll for braking action. Machine has controlled rewound hardness. Constant web tension, counter balancing and compensating for the type of material. The weight of the machine is approximately 6,000 pounds. Unit would be sold cleaned and painted with electrical/mechanical turnover.
