A098251 - Used Ghezzi & Annoni Turret Rewinder

used Ghezzi & Annoni turret rewinder 1600mm (63") wide 500mm (20") Max. rewind with auto core loading and dual shuttle type driven unwinds with sound enclosures.  3" ID rewind core machine with many setups (Approx. 15 sizes) including spacers, core boxes and unloading equipment.  This is a duplex turret rewind slitter with auto cut and transfer on the rewind.  Upgraded drives to Eurotherm 590 DC with digital link about 10 years ago.  Also includes trim winders. 

Used coated paper line to produce 87, 40 TYP with Off-Machine coating line

Used paper line capable of producing 87,400 TPY of F.C.O. (catalogue) and publishing grade (books and magazine) papers. Current manufacture is film offset coated papers 54 to 65 gsm, paper gloss 40 to 45%, smoothness approx 2 PPS10kgf. Bulky book grades density 0.56, grammage 56 to 79 gsm and smoothness approx 400 Sheffield. Grammage FCO: 52 TO 65 GSM. Coat weight 19gsm. Starch grades: 52 gsm to 79 gsm. Coat weight 2.5 gsm starch. Moisture FCO: 5.5%:Starch grades:8%. Sheet filler approximately 10% calcium carbonate and opacifier. The furnish used is long fibre imported from either New Zealand or Canada depending on the grade of paper to be manufactured: mechanical refiner pulp using eucalyptus chips in the CMP plant and pine chips in the RMP plant. This plant includes: pulp side for RMP groundwood; cold soda semi chemical including washing, thickening, bleaching and pulping; stock preparation; a 4600 mm (181”) fourdrinier paper machine capable of running 480 to 760 M/Min; single nip calender; Jagenberg rewinder. The coating system has a coating kitchen; an off-machine coater capable to produce single coated matt- gloss of 25% and smoothness of 3.5, PPS10 grammage range from 75 to 150 suitable for HSWO and sheet offset printing, single coated gloss papers, gloss of 68% and a smoothness of 1.7 PPS10 grammage range from 75 TO 90 suitable for HSWO and sheet offset printing, double coated gloss with a gloss of 80% and a smoothness of 0.8PPS10 grammage range from 100 to 170. HSWO grade also produced and more; pre-winder; DC sectional drive. The finishing area includes; (2) 10 roll supercalenders; a Valmet drum reel; Jagenberg rewinder; Masson Scott rewinder; (3) Masson Scott sheeters; Stevens folio wrapper; guillotine; and roll wrapper. There are compressors, workshops, a lab, power plant, water filtration and Effluent Plant. The plant is available in its entirety, or as individual systems. Request a full equipment list.

Used Newsprint Paper Mill

Previously making 822 TPD on 42 – 48 GSM. Mill includes 346 TPD stock prep deinking line, 320 TPD stock prep deinking line, 280 TPD stock prep deinking line, paper machines 1 and 2. effluent plants, biological plant, dye kitchen, roll splitters, roll wrap line, pumps and several laboratories. Used paper line to produce 50,000 TPY

Used paper line to produce 50,000 TPY of 100% coated base papers, label base papers (coated one side) and single coated papers. Current ranges coated base: 50 to 120 gsm and forms grades 45 to 80 gsm. Includes: stock preparation; 3120 mm (123”) deckle paper machine; calenders; and rewinder.

120,000 TPY Pulp Mill Liquidation!

VIPAP VIDEM KRSKO's sulphite pulp mill in Slovenia is operating until the 4^th quarter of 2006. Mill includes oxygen delignification, four-stage bleaching, drying and bailing. The mill produces softwood or hardwood pulp. Bleaching and drying capacity is up to 100,000 tpy. 20,000 tpy is produced by the second washing line of unbleached pulp.
