A098251 Used Ghezzi & Annoni turret rewinder 1600mm (63") wide 500mm (20") Max. rewind with auto core loading and dual shuttle type driven unwinds with sound enclosures.  3" ID rewind core machine with many setups (Approx. 15 sizes) including spacers, core boxes and unloading equipment.  This is a duplex turret rewind slitter with auto cut and transfer on the rewind.  Upgraded drives to Eurotherm 590 DC with digital link about 10 years ago.  Also includes trim winders.

H093958 One (1) used 76" Beliot slitter rewinder.  Unwind set up on a 3" air shaft to do a 78" maximum diameter.  Tidland air brakes, automatic tension control, manual web guide from operator's station.  Rewind set up to do a 48" diamter roll.  Sheer cut with seven sets of knives.  Minimum cut width is 3 3/4".  Running at 2700 FPM. A.C. drive motor.  40 H.P. Westinghouse. 220/440 volt 1770 RPM.  Was doing large rolls of 10 -14 pt chipboard.
A097845 80" Appleton Model 125, low profile, 2-drum surface rewind single shaft slitter rewinder. 82" wide bed rolls wind up drums 10.5" OD. Front drum is grooved spiral while back drum is smooth. Jagenberg shear cut slitting section, 20 multi shear type bottom slitter sections, 8.25" OD. Mounted on 7" OD shaft & locked in place by pneumatic clamping system. 7 top slitters. Rider roll 6.5" OD steel tubular roll carried in 2 swing arms & is mounted in antifriction bearings. Front arm is adjustable with handwheel to ensure proper roll alignment. Rider roll is raised or lowered with pneumatically operated cylinders & are also used to load roll down or up adjust rewinding roll. Auto rider roll pressure control is adjustable providing up to 11 PLI pressure at core & decreasing to 0 pressure at 18" OD of wound roll. Rider roll is driven from timing belt drive jack shaft connected to variable speed V-belt drive from rear drum. (1) 3" air shaft. Wind up has hinged core shaft guides pneumatically operated. Core shaft lifting & relieving is provided through pneumatic cylinders lifting up to 1200 lbs per side. Can be done either manually or by auto control. Roll ejector roll by pneumatic cylinders. Wind up is nip guarded to provide for safety. Presently set up for 50" OD rewind capacity. Can be changed to 60" rewind capacity for approx. $4,000. Two air cylinders need to be extended. 4" min slit width. Skewing roll for skewing web before it goes into shear cut section. Set up for wrap shear. Age 1969. 30 HP Reliance drive motor. Appleton 2 drum surface rewinder features low silhouette design developed for continuous rugged use. Fabricated steel Model 125 operates at speeds up to 4000 FPM. Typical operating speed 2500 FPM. Does not have unwind stand. Had been rewinding papers, coated calendered embossed. Capable of slitting & rewinding nonwovens, fine papers, board, laminations & many other products. Does not include a controller for drive motor. Shaftless floor pick up unwind could be put inline.
A098166 82" Cameron Model 18 two-drum single shaft surface rewind slitter rewinder. Machine does not have an unwind stand. Most recently slitting & rewinding coated & uncoated cup stock. Bottom cup stock 12-14 pt. board. Both single sided & double sided poly coated board. Can be used for slitting & rewinding paper, board, nonwovens, laminations. Last owner was slitting & rewinding at 1200 FPM. Had been overhauled & reworked approx. 7 years ago, new variable speed drive & new shear cut section were installed & rewind diameter was increased to 60" at that time. Bedrolls are in good condition. Heavy-duty slitter rewinder. All idlers & compensating rolls in the machine are 86" wide 8" dia. 82" wide skewing roll 8" dia. 86" wide Mount Hope bowed roll 6" dia. Adjustable bowed roll. Bowed rolls assist with roll separations of slit rolls; allows for the 2" wide slits. 84" wide steel top rider roll 8" dia. Rubber-covered rider roll with very thin covering. Front bedroll is steel Chevron grooved 84" wide. Back bedroll is smooth steel. Both bedrolls are approx. 13" dia. Manual raising of top rider roll. Manual raising of rewind shaft. Top rider roll is counter-weight balanced & is belt driven on one side. Gear reducer between the drive motor & bedrolls. Bedrolls are timing belt driven. (2) 6" steel rewind shafts. (1) 8" steel rewind shaft. (1) DC variable speed drive motor manufactured by Baldor 50 HP. Reliance variable speed drive. Max Pak Plus solid-state controls set up for 460 volt, 3 phase, 50/60 cycle. Red Lion pre-determined footage counter once pre-determined count is reached machine turns off. Operator's console. New shear cut section installed manufactured by Tidland. Helios Model A3 shear cut knives. Back shear cut knives are driven. Wrap shear. 19 female knives, 19 male knives. Minimum slit width on shear cut section 2". Owner was slitting 2" wide cuts. 60" dia. rewind. Rider roll has mechanical counter balance system through weights, which assist with tight rolls at the start of the rewind cycle. Mechanical speeds up to 2000 FPM. Two drum surface rewind rider roll winding method winding the web is controlled & pressure is exerted on the top of the roll by the riding roll that rises vertically & parallel with the drums as the rolls of paper build up in diameter. In order to assure hard centers & firmly set cores the full pressure of the rider roll is effective at the start of the run. Pressure is gradually reduced as the rolls increase in size & weight. Automatic counter weighting of the rider roll & of the rewind shafts. 13.65" dia. bedrolls designed for paper & board. Higher speed operation.
A098198 Used 82-15" Clark Aiken shaftless floor pickup unwind stand. Model 101A 1019. Clark Aiken shaftless roll stands are of the roll out - floor loading type. Loading is done in the service aisle. New rolls are moved into the unit by rolling on the floor so that no lifting crane is required. Compact design minimizes space requirements & floor loading eliminates need to tie-up clamp trucks for actual loading process. Lifting & support of rolls is accomplished by side arms which are rotationally tied to a large diameter tube for automatic alignment. All actions of the roll stand, roll out, roll clamping & lifted edge guiding are performed hydraulically. A compact cabinet contains the hydraulic reservoir, electric motor & pump, all controls & gauges. In roll clamping, the arm near the operator moves with the car. A far arm is moved in by a screw driven from the control cabinet end. Air-actuated disc brakes for stable & finely regulated tension enhancing operation with manual web tension control. Has air-loaded dancer, is missing parts (i.e. controller to complete off the automatic tension system; guess on cost is $800.00). 60" maximum roll diameter. 82" maximum opening. Set up for 6" double E chucks. Shaftless design. Two 15" air disc brakes, one per side. 208/230/460 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle. Manual skew adjustment. Operator station consists of (3) levers, one lever for up & down lift the roll, one lever for roll stand in & out which is edge guiding and one lever control for arm in & out clamp the roll. Minimum roll width 15". Maximum roll weight 10,000 lbs. Web tension range 0-5 PLI. This unwind was inline with a sheeter operating at 1,000 FPM. Has been unwinding paper. Unit could be used for laminations, non-wovens, board & many other products. Total of (6) unwind positions (i.e. individual unwind units).
A098170 Used 82" Cameron 18 2-drum surface rewind single shaft slitting & rewinding machine. 84" wide bedrolls. 60" dia. rewind. Bedrolls are Chevron grooved. Drum dia. 16". Unwind stand manufactured by Jagenberg, floor pickup, shaftless in design. Set up for 3" chucks. Tidland shear cut knives. Jagenberg unwind will accept up to 90" wide material. Maximum diameter roll on unwind 65". Drive is Reliance. Trim blower is Quickdraft. Machine was removed from operation in June 2006; has been placed in storage. Bedrolls are 84" wide. 82" wide product can be slit & rewound. Age of rewinder approx. 30 years old. Shear cut slitting, 4 sets of shear cut knives. Maximum mechanical speed 3000 FPM. Typical operating speed 2500 FPM. Braking system on unwind, air-operated, water-cooled. Manual tension system. Automatic fife edge guiding system on unwind. Has D-bar roll separation system. Age of unwind stand 1975. Has 50 HP Reliance variable speed drive; age of drive 1970. Quickdraft trim blower. Has been slitting & rewinding newsprint. Can be used for non-wovens, kraft paper, any non-extensible product & board. Owner reports machine to be in fair mechanical condition. Winding drums are in fair condition; Chevron grooved. Roll diameter of the bedroll 16". (7) female shear cut knives. (4) sets of male shear cut knives. Minimum slit width 6". Original shear cut knives. Unwind floor pickup Jagenberg manufactured. Out of operation & in storage.

Includes, a Maxson shaftless self loading unwind stand for up to 82" wide rolls.  10,000 Lb roll weight, 72" maximum diameter. Guidable with lead out idler rolls and a Fife guide.  Adaptable to any chuck size.  Montalvo 1706 brakes on both sides.  Shear slitting with (5) top cutters and (7) female rings, dual bowed rolls.  150 HP Electro-Flyte vari speed drive, 72" maximum rewind diameter.  3000 FPM.  Roll ejector, lowering table and nip guard.  *Slitter-rewinder Mfg. 1974.  Unwind Stand new in 1989.
A098171 USED 84" TRIM WIDTH BELOIT MODEL SRM-V-60 WINDER. MACHINE SPEEDS 3500 FPM. 2-7.5 PLI TENSION RANGE. UNIT CAN REWIND 60" DIAMETER ROLLS. LAST USED ON THE END OF A PAPER MACHINE. UNIT IS A TWO DRUM TWO DRIVE WINDER. MACHINE HAS A PAPER MACHINE UNWIND. NEW APPROXIMATELY 1993.
A096837 Used and reconditioned 2150 mm (85”)Wärtsilä Rewinder type: MSC-21 with spindle. Speed 1500m/min; Max trim width 2150mm; Max rewind diam 1500mm; and Min rewind width 300mm.
The rewinder is a drum roll machine D.500. equipped with brakes, gearbox and two(2) main electric motors with individual speed control for the adjustment of required load distribution depending on the type and quality of the paper for ultimate winding results.
The control of the unload pressure is pneumatically regulated by means of a predetermined unloading diagram in the software.
The cutting system comprises of four (4) upper knives and five (5) lower knives that are adjusted sideways and mechanically locked into desired position.
The rewinder is delivered with a new control sysyem together with documentation, software, frequency control, new AC motors, PLC. New load cells from ABB with regulating equipment, modernization of control-pulpit with new switches and indicator instruments, and where it is possible, the pneumatic limit-switches are replaced with inductive limit-switches.
Delivery includes a reconditioned winder, cleaned and repainted, fitted new bearings, together with the unwind roll carrier, electrical wiring complete with a new modern electrical system and equipment as described above.

XA097763 Used 2700 mm (100”) Perrini E 1010 fully automatic 2 ply slitter rewinder, new 1988. Unit has vertical rider roll; 600 mpm speed. Max width of jumbo roll is 2650 mm (104”) and max roll diameter is 2000 mm (79”). 2 shaftless unwinding stands. Minimum roll width is 100 mm (3.9”). Mandrin diameter is 62.5 mm. Finished roll diameter is 120 – 400 mm. All functions controlled by PLC unit. 50 kW power load. Compressed air consumption is 0.6 Nm3/min. Has 27 knives. Still in operation as of 6/04.
A097112 100" Black Clawson, Model 2000, single drum surface rewinder, auto flight series,surface start. Machine is approximately 15 years old. This machine has been rewinding liner board.  Electrical requirements are 480 volt, 60 cycle, 3 phase. This machine has a shaft extractor, lift table, support roller. Owner reports the mechanical condition to be fair to good condition. Machine has electrical drive. Machine has rope threader. Machine has rider roll and primary arms for small core starting. Maximum roll weight on machine is 40,000 lbs. Drum diameter surface is 30". Machine is reported to be complete. Maximum diameter of rewind is 60". This machine will be loaded on board a truck. Machine is a continuous uniform speed surface winder of paperboard, coated and laminated webs of process speeds. Features continuous surface winding. Has drilled steel drum. Has motorized primary arms with loading provisions. Has sycronized secondary slides with air loading and retractable yokes. Has replaceable wear strips. Has operators panel. Maximum speed is 1,000 FPM.  Rewind capacity is 60". This is no slitting inline. Machine is setup for single motor drive with 4" cores. Machine has been removed from production floor.

A098151 Jagenberg Vari Step model 43-VS rewinder, width 2800 mm, year 1986, gsm range 60 to 220, number 30-23873, tambour unwind 1520mm diameter, shaftless rewind 1500mm diameter, minimum slit width 160mm, tail feed, hydraulic operation, single motor drive on left from rewind, core shafts 70,76 and 152mm, total number of 13 slitters, reel ejector and lowering table. Operating speed 1500m/min, design maximum speed 1800 m/min.
A097178 Used 115" Cameron Model 458HD 2-drum surface rewind, single shaft slitting and rewinding machine. This machine is reported to be complete. This machine is out of operation and is set up on the floor. Machine was purchased out of a paper mill, reinstalled and then never run. Machine has reel stand for unwind. The typical operating speed is 4000 FPM for slitting and rewinding printing papers and coated product. Machine includes 125 HP Reliance DC variable speed drive motor. Controller was MG set and it was thrown out. Minimum slit width is 6". Machine has Cameron shear cut section, male and female shear cut knives and approximately 6 sets of shear cut knives are included. Maximum diameter on unwind is 60" and maximum diameter on rewind is 60". Machine has bowed roll. Single motor drive with differential for varying the speed of the two bed rolls in relation to each other. Machine has pneumatic pick up of rider roll system. Machine has pneumatic down loading of upper rider roll against the rewinding roll. This machine is a shafted rewinder and there are two 3" shafts. Cameron 450 series machine is a high‑speed 2‑drum winder for Machine or finishing room service. Mechanical speed is up to 6000 FPM. Machine has draw shear section. Machine has roll ejector system. Main drive transmission is positive tooth belts to transmit power to the rewinding drums. Operation is quiet free. Rider roll is 8-1/2” diameter steel and is belt driven from both ends fox optimum torque distribution. Has rider roll lift that minimizes downtime between sets. Machine has down pressure brakes and the rider roll is equipped with down pressure braking to ensure tightly set cores and tight starts. Driven winding drums are 12 V" in diameter. Machine has grooves to assist in removing wrinkles and contribute to positive rewound roll separation. Machine has standard Cameron 2‑drum differential drive; it is a positive mean of controlling density and reducing residual strain in rewinding rolls: this is belt driven.

Winder includes hydraulic pump unit, hydraulic rider roll lift, hydraulic roll ejector, hydraulic shaft loader, hydraulic winder guard. Automatic thread up conveyor, automatic slitter engagement, automatic preloading of rider roll. Fixed trim slitters. Control console. Flat belt driven is 10.5" diameter rider roll, 10.25" slitter shaft, 10.5" diameter lead rolls, 23.625" diameter rewind drums. Currently set up on the floor, still hooked up under power. A098189 Used U2A Masson Scott 3000 mm wide rewinder. 3200 mm drum width; 3000 mm wide tension roll; 3200 mm table width. 3000mm maximum opening of backstands. Maximum speed of 700 mpm with and average speed of 500 mpm. 8 output reels maximum. 9 new top slitter knies; air operated tension and breaking system; 3" and 6" core chucks. Maximum diameter of input and output reels are 1500 mm. Shaftless unwind and rewind with single motor drive. Pheumatic rebuil 2 years ago. 2300 mm reel data biggest width of inputreel and 700 minimum. 200 mm minimum output width.
A097937 Used 300 mm (118") Black Clawson tissue rewinder with a maximum speed of 700 M/M and a maximum rewind diameter of 1200 mm. Includes (2) unwinders with 1500 mm max. dia and 1 unwinder dismantled type shafts. Shaft rewind, control panel, 60 kW drive motor and wrapping bobines.
A098033 Used 120" trim Cameron # 18 winder. Unwind: 72" dia parent roll on 8" dia cores. Manchester Cal (1985 vintage): top roll 12" dia x 128" face, bopttom roll 14 1/2" dia x 128' face Farrel hyd controlled crown. Rewinder: (2) 12" dia x 131" face bed rolls. Set up to wind on 3" dia cores, 13 rolls @ 9 1/4". 125 hp drive utilizing cone pulleys. Elec power req'd 3/60/ 480V
A097198 Used 122" (3.1M) Jagenberg Vari Top 850-150 slitter/winder, new 1986, 7200 FPM (2200MPM) on 40-250 gsm. Maximum unwind is 71" (1800 mm), maximum rewind is 59" (1500 mm). Combi Tambour with shaftless unwind. Very little use.

Papergrades were WFC and MC Fine Papers 80-170 gsm. Original maximum speed 1800 MPM (5905 FPM) prior to gearbos rebuild in 1991 with a 50% reduction to 900 MPM.Maximum unwind dia. is 2600 mm (102") and maximum roll weight unwind is 30,000 Kg (66,138 lbs). Winder still in operation.

A098117 Used 120" Jagenberg Vari Dur Model 1-UW two drum surface rewinder single shaft slitter rewinder. Machine has been taken out of operation. Slitting rolls spare slitting knives. Was in operation at a tissue mill slitting and rewinding tissue and napkin stock. Machine does not include its drive. Owner reports the machine to be in good mechanical condition. There are no electrical drives. Maximum web width is 120". Maximum diameter of rolls on unwind is 60". Single unwind driven unwind. Core sizes on unwind is 10". Shear cut slitting. Shear cut section was upgraded and improved in 1984 with new Jagenberg Vari slit system with brushes and knife assemblies.
